AI Inspection Review is an assistant that checks a completed daily work report before a project manager approves it. It recomputes each item quantity from the measurements entered, compares the work described in the notes against the pay items on the report, scores a short set of health checks, and recommends approve, deny, or needs info. In Oversite it runs on demand from the daily inspection and stays advisory. It never changes a status on its own, so the reviewer keeps every decision.

01. A recommendation you can *trace*.
The review returns approve, deny, or needs info with a confidence score and a count of findings. Five health checks show where to look: formula, placement, quantity, notes, and completeness. Each one is passing, needs attention, or failing. Open the findings to read what the assistant noticed and why.

The assistant recalculates each item quantity from the structured measurements or an inline formula, then compares it to the recorded value. A pill on the line item reads validated, variance, or mismatch. Open it to see the computed value, the stored placed value, and the discrepancy percent. The error gets caught on the report, not in the pay request.
03. Cleaner notes, one click to *apply*.
The review proposes tighter wording for the overview notes and for each entry comment. Read the suggestion, click Apply Tone Edit, and it replaces the current text. Revert puts the original wording back. If you edited the text after applying, Oversite asks before it overwrites your work.

What is AI Inspection Review?
It is an assistant in Oversite that reads a completed daily work report and returns a structured assessment. It recomputes item quantities, checks the notes against the pay items, scores a set of health checks, and recommends approve, deny, or needs info. It is advisory and does not change the inspection.
Does the AI approve or deny inspections for me?
No. The review recommends an outcome and shows its findings. You set the status yourself on the report. Running a review changes nothing until you act on it.
How does Oversite check quantities?
For each item, the assistant recomputes the quantity from the structured measurements or an inline formula, then compares it to the recorded value. A pill marks the item validated, variance, or mismatch, and a popover shows the computed value, the stored placed value, and the discrepancy percent.
What does needs info mean?
The assistant found something to resolve before approving, most often work described in the notes with no matching pay item, or a matched item with a zero quantity. Fix the gap and run the review again for an updated assessment.
Can I undo a suggested rewrite?
Yes. Click Undo right after applying, or Revert on the applied stripe. If you edited the text after applying, Oversite asks whether to revert anyway or keep your edits, so a revert never quietly overwrites your work.
